Arabian Memory Championship
01Challenge
Arabian Memory Championship required a highly scalable, low-latency system capable of hosting live-synchronized tournaments across 15 cognitive disciplines. Traditional polling models could not handle the rapid user inputs, real-time leaderboard calculations, and millisecond-accurate sync across thousands of concurrent global competitors.
02Solution
Developed a real-time event-driven architecture using Laravel, WebSocket, and Redis Pub/Sub. Implemented custom game engines for each discipline, an automated grading system, and dynamic leaderboards that refresh instantly, delivering sub-50ms score updates to global competitors and spectators.
